Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an engagement

You may cancel an engagement by writing to officework@ppmehta.com before we begin work on it. Once work has begun, cancellation is subject to the terms below.

Refunds

• Work not yet started: a full refund of fees paid in advance, less any payment-processing charges, on written request.
• Work in progress: we refund the fee for the part of the work not yet performed. The fee for work already performed is not refundable.
• Work completed and delivered (for example a return filed or a registration applied for): fees are not refundable.
• Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges already paid on your behalf are not refundable.

Recurring services

For monthly or periodic services you may stop the service by giving written notice; fees for periods already started remain payable.

Errors on our side

If a filing has an error caused by us, we will correct it at no additional fee, and where a refund is appropriate we will process it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
