1. Who we are

2. Services

We provide tax, accounting, compliance and registration services as described on our website and in the written quote or invoice issued for each engagement. The scope of an engagement is what is stated in that quote or invoice.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to give us complete, accurate and timely information and documents. Filing deadlines depend on receiving your documents in time. Delays caused by missing or late documents, and any penalty or interest that results from them, are not our responsibility.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in the quote or invoice, exclusive of GST at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are charged at actuals. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. We may pause work on an engagement while an invoice is overdue.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We prepare and file returns and applications based on the information you provide. Acceptance, approval, refunds or assessments are decisions of the relevant authority, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

6. Confidentiality and data

We treat your information as confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
